Pheww , what a tiring day . Tiba-2 ada suara sumbang kata " Oii , tak reti nak mandi dulu ke ? Ngadap benda alah tu je kerojenyee " Hah , kan dah kena bising . Arghh , hiraukan . Haha *Anak derhaka sebentar .
Pagi tadi kitorang bertolak sampai sekarang baru balik . Mummy ada kerja kat Tanjung Malim . Serious penat . (Ceh , berlagak macam buat kerja apa ja . Drive tidak , apa pun tidak . Mengalahkan driver ja . Eh , penat jugak tau ! Penat TUNGGU DAN TIDO .Hahaha . Poyo kan ? Lantaklah :p
The main point is IT'S TIRING BUT EXCITING . I'm so lucky to meet this one Chinese guy named Mr Chan . Bukan menarik sebab handsome ke apa , tapi sebab HE IS A LAWYER . :D
He own a firm . But he is also a businessman . I wonder how a lawyer can be a businessman at the same time as both of those career have a busy schedule . Actually , he ONCE had a firm . But now he is a businessman . Dia cakap graduated lawyer nowadays susah nak cari rezeki . Sebab terlalu ramai . That's why he gave up his firm doing business . At first , he doesn't know that i'm doing foundation in law . Tapi lepas dia tau , dia cakap "I'm so sorry , but this is reality " Only one ways to survive in this career , kita kena kerja dengan syarikat besar (doing agreement and all the thing). Bukanlah dia tak bagi kita bukak firm sendiri , cuma dia tak recommend . Lepas tu , baru aku faham apa yg koordinator aku kat UiTM Merbok , En.Zulkifli cuba sampaikan . That's why gov cuba kurangkan bilangan student law . Aku ada tanya dia , tak rugi ke grad law but doing business . The dia cakap , " No , It is never a waste . In business , you still have to know how to make a contract and other such thing related . Remember , knowledge is always useful . You orang muda , still banyak lagi you kena go through . I tak boleh nak cerita my experience . Everyone go through different experiences in their life . What happen to me , may or may not happen to you . If you want to be a lawyer , go on . I wouldn't stop you . But make sure you end as an excellent law" Aku ada tanya dia pasal Karpal Singh . And you know what he said ? Dia cakap orang muda tak boleh nak lawan Karpal . Tau kenapa ? Dalam court pon , tak kira FC ka HC ka Appeal Court , whenever his in , bila dia argue , tangan pon boleh naik . (Bukan tangan naik pukul orang ke , sepak jugde ke apa , but dia nak tegaskan yang dia tu betul ) He is very firm . Judges nak marah , nak kata dia rude pon tak boleh . Karpal is elder than the judges . Consider dia lebih banyak experiences . Macam rubbish kan ? Seriously . I admired him in terms of ethics and discipline but not in leadership or integrity. Fact is fact . Evidence is evidence . True is true . What is wrong remains wrong . But he twisted everythings .
Not to forget . Mr Chan do gives me some tips . Dia cakap ramai orang salah faham about law . Law BUKAN subjek menghafal tapi kena faham . Faham principle , faham concept then there will not be any problem . (Bukan maksudnya tak payah hafal . Especially those who are doing foundation , of course kena hafal jugak FC and whatsoever . Apa yg dia cuba sampaikan kita KENA faham . Buatnya korang tak hafal , takleh jawab final mampus aku . Aku jugak yang salah -.-') However , thanks to him for those sharing . I do appreciate it . (:
P/S : I'll take everything he said as a challenge . I'm going to give my best shot . Besides , rezeki setiap orang tak sama kan ? (: InsyaAllah . Ada usaha , ada hasil . Janji Allah tu pasti . LAWYER-TO-BE .Aminn .
